Leptospermum are aromatic evergreen shrubs or small trees with small, often silky leaves and 5-petalled flowers in late spring and summer. If growing in a pot use ericaceous soil.

| Extra Info: | Shelter from cold, drying winds The soil need not be particularly fertile or good. Thinner coastal (ericaceous) soils are ideal.
