Table Reservations

Our café is often very busy, especially at weekends. If you'd like to reserve a table, or you're booking for a group of 10 or more, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice to help us accommodate your booking.

To make a reservation, please email cafe@meadowgrangenursery.co.uk with your preferred date, time, number of guests, and a contact telephone number.

Important: We review all booking requests during our office hours of 9:00am–5:30pm. If you submit a booking request outside these times, we'll respond the next working day. Your booking is only confirmed once you've received a confirmation email from us.

Please note:

Reservations are held for 15 minutes after your booked time. If you haven't arrived within this period, your table may be released.

Reserved tables are available for up to 2 hours to allow us to accommodate all guests.

Groups of 10 or more who wish to dine may be asked to pre-order their food to help us provide the best possible service.

If this applies to your booking, we'll let you know when we confirm your reservation.
