Plants
Plants are living products, and their success depends on factors such as planting conditions, weather, watering, soil type and ongoing care.
We carefully inspect all plants before they are offered for sale and ask customers to check them carefully before purchasing.
If you believe a plant was supplied in poor condition or has developed a problem shortly after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase and clear photographs. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
As plants are living products, their health and performance after purchase are influenced by factors outside our control, including weather, watering, planting conditions, pests and diseases.
For this reason, any concerns should be reported within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for plants that deteriorate after this period, as we cannot verify the conditions in which they have been grown or maintained.
Plants that have deteriorated due to lack of watering, unsuitable planting conditions, pests, disease, frost, extreme weather or any other environmental factors after purchase are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Faulty Items
If an item develops a fault or is not of satisfactory quality, please contact us as soon as possible or return it to the garden centre with your proof of purchase.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will inspect the item and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please note that faults resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, incorrect assembly, failure to follow care or maintenance instructions, or commercial use where the product is intended for domestic use are not covered by this policy.
If you believe an item is faulty, we recommend contacting us as soon as the issue becomes apparent so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
