Log Ordering & Delivery

At Meadow grange nursery delivery of your logs couldn't be easier, please choose one of the options below,

We deliver seasoned and kiln dried firewood logs across Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Sittingbourne and Thanet

• Ring up and order over the phone 01227 471205.
• Fill in the enquiry box on the website and someone will contact you back.
• Order in person at the garden centre, see our product range and discuss your wood requirements with us first.

Once your order has been placed we will give you a delivery date and a morning or afternoon slot.

Delivery will be kerbside or on the drive depending on where the driver feels is suitable and safe to unload.

Stacking service is available please ask a member of staff for further information.

Delivery Costs

For deliveries outside of zone 2 please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.

Please note we are unable to deliver to Sheppy within the zone prices.

Complaints Policy and Procedure

At Meadow Grange Nursery Ltd we are committed to supplying quality firewood. In the unlikely event a customer is not entirely happy with their purchase of fire wood, complaints must be registered to Meadow Grange Nursery ltd within 24 hours of the collection or delivery of logs.
